	Jonathan Fagan LLM, LLB (EU), Cert RP, FIRP is a Solicitor (non-practising) and Director of Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited. He studied law at Leicester University and on qualification worked for a Chambers-listed practice in Nottingham before setting up Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited in 2000 and TenPercentUnlimited in 2011.
	Peter Gresty Cert RP FIRP is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in permanent legal vacancies across the UK. Peter has been with Ten Percent Legal since 2007 and has worked with law firms from sole practitioners through to large regional solicitors practices. Peter is an avid Manchester City fan and season ticket holder.
	Emma Ireland FIRP is our specialist Locum Legal Recruitment Consultant, covering the whole of the UK. Emma is a law graduate with a love of literature and poetry, and is based in Derby.
