Ten Percent Unlimited is owned and operated by Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited. The group began with Ten Percent Legal Recruitment in April 2000 and later introduced the Unlimited model to offer law firms and accountancy practices a different way to buy ongoing recruitment services.
Why the service exists
Conventional recruitment fees are generally charged whenever a candidate is appointed. That model can work well for an occasional or particularly difficult search, but repeated fees can become expensive for growing firms. Unlimited offers an alternative: an agreed monthly cost for continuing recruitment support during a defined term.

Ten Percent Legal Recruitment supports permanent legal recruitment. Interim Lawyers specialises in locum and interim legal cover.
Accountancy recruitment
Ten Percent Financial Recruitment works with accountancy practices recruiting accountants and practice staff.
The Ten Percent name
Ten-Percent.co.uk Limited donates 10% of annual profits to charity through the Ten-Percent Foundation. This has been part of the group’s approach since it was established.
