A recruitment service with a different charging model
Ten Percent Unlimited is operated by the same specialist recruitment businesses that handle conventional legal and accountancy recruitment. You receive recruitment support, candidate introductions and vacancy promotion, but the service is paid for through an agreed monthly fee rather than a new success fee for every appointment.
1. Request a quotation
Tell us about your sector, offices, staffing levels and likely recruitment plans. This allows us to assess the scope of work and prepare a realistic quotation.
2. Review the proposal
Your written quotation explains the monthly cost, the minimum three-year service term, what is included and any relevant exclusions. You can ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.
3. Brief the recruiter
Once the service begins, provide details of the vacancies you want us to handle, including duties, location, working arrangements, salary and essential experience.
4. Receive recruitment support
We search appropriate candidate records, promote vacancies through relevant channels, make introductions and assist with the recruitment process where required.
What “unlimited” means
During the agreed service term, which is a minimum of three years, you can ask us to work on multiple suitable vacancies without incurring a separate percentage placement fee for each successful appointment. The service is designed for genuine salaried vacancies that fall within the legal or accountancy recruitment work covered by your quotation. Legal clients always have locum recruitment included alongside permanent recruitment.
What it does not mean
No recruiter can guarantee that every vacancy will be filled. Results depend on the role, salary, location, flexibility, candidate availability and the competitiveness of the vacancy. Unlimited refers to the charging structure and continuing service, not a guarantee of a particular result.
Direct involvement when you need it
Some clients want CVs and candidate details so they can manage interviews directly. Others want their recruitment consultant to coordinate interviews, discuss offers or help with salary expectations. The practical approach can be agreed for each vacancy.
