The full Ten Percent Unlimited service terms are provided with or alongside the written quotation. They explain the monthly fee, VAT, the minimum three-year service term, payment arrangements, vacancies covered, client responsibilities, candidate introductions and any exclusions.

The website explains the service in general terms. Your written quotation and the current service terms form the relevant commercial proposal. If anything on the website appears inconsistent with those documents, ask us to clarify it before agreeing to proceed.
